- Do I need to register to attend an open house?
- No. Anyone can walk in during the posted hours. Registering ahead gets you the info packet by email and tells the hosting agent to expect you, which helps when a home is drawing a crowd.
- Can I visit an open house if I already have a buyer's agent?
- Yes. Mention your agent's name when you sign in. Visiting an open house doesn't change who represents you.
- When are open houses usually held in Kitsap County?
- Most Paramount open houses run Saturday and Sunday between 11 AM and 4 PM, with some Friday afternoons. This site removes a session the moment its hours end, so nothing listed is already over.
- What happens after I sign in at an open house?
- A Paramount team member follows up about that property and similar homes. If you say “not now,” that's the end of it.
